Join us for this relaxing evening of sitting meditation, brought to you by local Instructor, Cari Reif. Seated comfortably in a chair, this guided class is perfect for beginners and creates a safe space for experienced practitioners to go deeper within their practice. In the sacred space provided, students experience greater clarity and relaxation with lasting positive benefits such as pain management, reduction of stress and anxiety, and development of higher levels of awareness.
