Matt understands that all dis-ease is a result of toxicity, malnutrition, dehydration, and poor mindset. He will guide you through a 16-week detox in order to cleanse and regenerate the body on a cellular level. This process includes a strict dietary protocol, cleansing herbs, mindset coaching, and the implementation of essential spiritual practices.

Journaling
The written word is a powerful instigator of neuroplasticity. We often get stuck in negative thinking patterns and take on sickness as an identity. A regular journaling practice is about rewriting your narrative in order to create a happy and healthy future. The practice includes dumping the fear and negativity, writing out gratitude in order to prepare the cells to receive something new, and writing out your goals in the affirmative present tense as if you already have them. This process will eventually lead to the production of new neural pathways.

Breathwork practice
Oxygen is our primary nutrient and essential for cultivating an excess of both creative and healing energy. The human body detoxifies 71% of toxins through the breath. These facts make breathwork an essential healing modality during the detoxification process. Matt will provide multiple breathwork practices that will assist you in clearing out the old while increasing the necessary energy to create the future you desire for yourself.

It is imperative that we learn to clear the mind of fear, doubt, and negativity in order to get well. Silent meditation allows us to declutter the mind, silence the voice of fear, and open ourselves up to the quiet voice of God. The idea is to replace the negative thinking patterns with a higher perspective of the source of all creation. These deep meditative states can then be used to see and feel the life you want to be living. The mind is a powerful force of creation. The placebo effect is a scientifically proven phenomenon that can be utilized to increase your own natural healing potential.
