Sensitivity as a Superpower with Ivy Norris
Are you a highly sensitive person? Are you someone who takes things in and processes them very deeply? Someone who ALSO feels deeply at times and has a sense of the subtleties, so much so it may require time alone to process what your 6 senses have absorbed?
Sensitive doesn’t mean highly reactive. It means being in-touch enough with the still small voice to the point where we don’t have to wait individually and collectively for things to get big and ugly before we respond. We have paid attention and we are present and prepared.
Let’s gather in a Circle (or possibly regular Circles) as a means to strengthen our trust in this Sensing, finding our peace and our unique voice in a highly stimulating world. Here we will embody practices that will help us to recognize Sensitivity as a needed superpower that can save us not only time and energy but benefit many others.
In leadership, those equipped with centeredness and trust in conjunction with their innate Sensitivity can use their expanded awareness and foresight to help lead the way to a healthier world.
